This supper club is very large and spacious with the decor of a authentic German beer hall inside and out. Various live big bands every Monday. Two huge wooden floors (2000 sq. ft. main floor in front of stage, 1100 sq. ft. behind stage), and plenty of tables & seating for all. Usually most of the younger crowd of swingers & jitterbuggers dance on the back floor, while the more mature & elderly dance on the main floor, however, there is some co-mingling on both floors. Between the live sessions, it's a great opportunity for many to practice their dancing & new moves.

The Rhythm Club opened its doors in April 2001, and has been going strong Wednesdays since. Hosted by Rusty Frank, the club averages 70-100 swing dancers each week, and is considered one of the friendliest clubs around, hosting a variety of dancers of all ages and dance abilities.

The Rhythm Club is one of the very few surviving weekly clubs, and it is one of an even smaller handful that has a regular live music format.

Review:

Great sound system, concrete floor so choose your shoes accordingly. Can get hot, but they are reportedly getting new AC soon. Nice to have a big free parking lot - during the brunches the parking turnover is high and at night get there a bit early or find parking nearby on the street.
