Towel hair almost dry after shampoo. Make a 3" part on right side. Set 4 clockwise curls from right temple to back of ear - this for a soft wave. Next, set 2 rows of 6 counterclockwise curls. |

Set cluster of clockwise curls, beginning at part - these comb into a fluffed topknot. |

Next,
on left side, set 4 counterclockwise curls, from temple to back of ear,
to form wave. Then set 4 rows of 4 clockwise curls |

Make a slight break in hair from end of part slantwise to right, setting 2 rows of clockwise curls on left side, 2 rows of counterclockwise on right. When dry, brush in, to crisp curls. |
