The workshop will demonstrate & explore the relationship between tap dance, lindy hop/swing dance, & jazz music. It is appropriate for all levels of lindy hoppers & beginning & intermediate level tap dancers.

3:00- '30's jazz/swing movement (with Josie Say)
4:00- beginning tap technique & movement (with Steve Zee)
5:20- music theory & tap history (S. Zee)
6:40- intermediate tap (S. Zee)

This great one-hour class has been specially created for swing dancers interested in learning some tap dance skills! You'll learn a fun, simple tap routine to Bill Elliott's song "Swing Fever", getting your toes tapping right away! This class has been a huge success wherever it has been offered, including the prestigious Herrang Dance Camp in Sweden!

LINDY STYLING

At long last, we are offering workshop devoted entirely to styling in Lindy Hop. Join us for this terrific class as we help you take your swing dancing to the next level of expertise! Learn to make your dancing look and feel more comfortable and beautiful, while learning some great new steps and variations along the way! This class will get you moving in a whole new way!
